BBR Drone Patrol is capable to initiate autonomous patrol and defend actions which are sensed and published by BBR Commmand Control and analyzed and evaluated by the distributed BBR Intelligence Power central and at the edge.
- Monitor hot spots where a threat could enter the building like e.g. the underground car park entrance with a wifi infrared motion sensor. This could be build up with Intel Edison + Grove Base Shield V2 + Grove PIR Motion Sensor. Refer to:
- Use additional sensors Grove-Tilt + Grove Piezo Vibration Sensor at the doors and the rolling gate and implement a pattern detection to distinguish between regular parking use vs. not-authorized entrance. Refer to:
- Sense, publish, analyze and evaluate the data central and at the edge to trigger the required patrol and defend actions.
- The BBR Drone Patrol actions trigger a Parrot Bebop 2 + Parrot S.L.A.M. dunk to take off out of its home base which is used to protect the drone from rain and to charge it after each mission.
- Use a weather service to consider the current outdoor conditions for the mission.
- The additional S.L.A.M. dunk device is capable to prevent the drone from a collision and to detect moving objects in the observed near field area.
- The drone itself gets the coordinates of the hot spot which needs to be checked.
- In case there is a thief the drone can spot him, take a video and activate lightning to scare off the threat or to follow it.
- Next a BBR action could be triggered to inform the neighborhood and call out the police using BBR core services.
- After each observation & protection mission the drone returns to its home base and creates a mission report which can be accessed via BBR Intelligence Power.
